The interview process

We’re looking for innovation and passion to help people enjoy amazing technology. Learn about the process of getting through our doors below.

  • What to expect

Building the best team is all about collaborating and getting a combination of the right people. We’re all different and we’re not looking for people who fit one mould. We need different talents and specialisms across roles and that’s why our application process varies between departments.

  • What to Bring

The main thing to bring with you is your full self, we want to get to know you and want you to know us too. There are a few non-negotiables when it comes to interview time though.
    Remember the following documents:
    - proof that you’re eligible to work in the UK or ROI
    - proof of your address
    - a copy of a document with your UK National Insurance number or Republic of Ireland PPS number on it.

In most cases we’ll take copies of these at your interview, so we can use them to process your offer if you’re successful. If you don’t get the job, we'll destroy these on your behalf.
